ORDER
The prayer in the Civil Revision Petition is to direct the Additional District Court, Mayiladuthurai, to dispose of the case in CO-OP.C.M.A.No.5 of 2021 on merits within such time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
2.In view of the urgency that is pleaded by the learned counsels on either side which is just and necessary that this Court should give a direction as prayed for. In view thereof, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the following terms:- i)The District Court, Mayiladuthurai, shall dispose the case in COOP.C.M.A.No.5 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than two months from the date of receipt of web copy of this order. It is stated that already the matter was argued and reopened. It is also further stated that the petitioner has filed an interlocutory application for raising the additional grounds. Since, it is only additional grounds that are raised, the same is deemed to be allowed. The Co-Operative Society can prepare itself for the argument on the additional grounds also. The petitioner shall co-operate and will not file any other interlocutory application and argue the matter before the District Court. Both sides shall co-operate and C.M.A. shall be disposed of. ii)No costs.
