Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to forthwith consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2025 submitted for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner by sub-division in respect of his land to an extent of 1.07 acres and 0.33 acres out of 4.96 acres in S.No.197/1 of Easwaraamoorthipalayam Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District as per the metes and bounds mentioned in the partition deed dated 17.05.1983 in Document No.807 of 1983, sale deed dated 27.10.1983 in Document No.2551 of 1983 and Partition Deed dated 03.11.2022 in Document No.6268 of 2022 on the file of SRO, Valapaddi in view of the order of the District Revenue Officer, Namakkal District vide his proceeding in Pa.Mu.11182/2025.Oo1, dated 18.08.2025.

For Petitioner : Mr.N.Kolandaivelu For Respondent-1 : Mr.D.Ravichander Special Government Pleader For Respondents 2 to 5 : Notice Dispensed with Order With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner by subdivision for the property (morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition) after giving due consideration to the documents along with petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2025 within a time to be fixed by this Court.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent No.1. So far as private respondents, viz., respondents 2 to 5 are concerned, they are neighbouring landowners of the petitioner. Since no adverse orders are passed against respondents 2 to 5, notice to the 2/5

said respondents is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, of the private respondents, viz., respondents 2 to 5 as well as any other third party, whom, the first respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent No.1 to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 04.11.2025 seeking for issuance separate patta in the name of the petitioner by sub-division for the land (morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition) after giving due consideration to the documents (referred to in the prayer to this Writ Petition) after hearing objections, if any, of the respondents 2 to 5 as well as any other third party, whom, the respondent No.1 deems it fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
