This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2609 of 2024 (as modified by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21131 of 2025 dated 30.07.2025) which directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
