ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has made a mention regarding certain typographical errors in the order dated 22.01.2026 and has also filed a memo dated 03.02.2026 to that effect on the Court record. 2.Mr. N. Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has no objection for correction of the typographical errors and issuance of a fresh copy of the order.

3.In view of the above, it is clarified that paragraph Nos.3 and 8(ii) of the order dated 22.01.2026 passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.6557 of 2025 shall stand modified to the following effect:- "3. Admittedly, suits have been filed by both the tenant as well as by the landlord. The tenant filed O.S.No.5981 of 2025, before the VII Additional City Civil Court at Chennai, while the landlord filed O.S.No.5099 of 2025, which is pending before the XVII Additional City Civil Court at Chennai 8 (ii) Accordingly, the suit filed by the tenant in O.S.No.5981 of 2025, before the VII Additional City Civil Court at Chennai, is suo motu withdrawn and transferred to the file the XVII Additional City Civil Court at Chennai, to be tried along with suit filed by the landlord. The learned XVII Additional City Civil Judge is directed to dispose of both the suits by 30.06.2026."

4. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in CRP.No.6557 of 2025 dated 22.01.2026 after making necessary corrections. 03-02-2026 Kv To 1.The XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.The VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.
