PRAYER This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India seeking to issue necessary direction by directing the Honourable I Assistant Judge Wakf Tribunal, Chennai to dispose of the suit O.S.No.106 of 2018 expeditiously as possible with in a time frame of 6 months the date of order.

Mr.K.Ilamparithi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that O.S.No.4879 of 2010 has been disposed of, therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and nothing survives further to adjudicate in this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect which is scanned and reproduced hereunder:

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
