The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.1427 of 2021 before the jurisdictional Court.

kas Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of one month.
