ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's respresentations seeking for cancellation of patta No.291 standing in the name of the 4th respondent and thereafter, issue new computer patta in the name of the petitioner for the property situated in Survey No.33/2C to an extent of 9 cents Musiri Village, Walaja Taluk, Ranipet District as per the sale deed in Doc.No.847 of 1980 dated 11.04.1980.
2. According to the petitioner, erroneously patta No.291 has been issued in favour of the 4th respondent. Seeking cancellation of the same, the petitioner had given representations on 10.01.2022 and 04.08.2025. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 4th respondent, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with in this writ petition.
4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner's representations are considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent as well as any other third party whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time framed to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's represenations.
6. Since the earlier representations given by the petitioner are vague, the petitioner will have to give a fresh representation. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to give a fresh representation. Page No.3 of 6
7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 2nd respondent seeking cancellation of patta No.291 issued in the name of the 4th respondent, for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation within the stipulated time, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent, and any other third party, whom they deem it fit to enquire.
8. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
