This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2023 seeking for issuance of joint patta, which includes the petitioner's name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. The petitioner claims that he is one amongst the co-owners of the property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition. According to the petitioner, his name has been left out in the joint patta for the property. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation dated 18.11.2023 to the respondents to include his name in the joint patta along with others for the property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with. 2/4

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and any other third party, whom, the second respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2023 seeking to include his name in the joint patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and any other third party, whom, the second respondent deems it fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
