By an order, dated 11.08.2021, this Court had held that the appeal will stand automatically abated on expiry of two weeks from 07.09.2021.

2. Mr.J.Ramakrishnan, appearing on behalf of the appellant, submits that till date steps have not been taken.

3. By virtue of an order passed by this Court on 11.08.2021, all that I have to do is to record the order and dismiss the Second Appeals as having abated a long time ago.
