ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.08.2025 in Crl.MP.No.14351 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.12842 of 2025, that the petitioners shall report before the

respondent police every Monday until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, raised objection to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners, stating that the petitioners have not complied the condition imposed by this Court from 13.10.2025.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 02-01-2026 jai To 1.The Inspector of Police Meensurutty Police Station, Ariyalur.
