ORDER

Alleging that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2025 has not been considered so far, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he is running a pig farm by investing huge amounts. He has also obtained necessary permission from the authorities. While so, two persons namely Venugopal Reddy and Narayanasamy Reddy, residents of Vanamangalam, illegally trespassed into his pig farm, threatened him and demanded money saying that in the event of his failure, they will set fire to the farm. The petitioner gave a representation on 10.12.2025 to the respondents. Since no action has been taken based on the representation, the petitioner is constrained to file the present petition. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry is being conducted in CSR No.1 of 26 and the same would be completed within a period of four(4) weeks.

4.Recording the above submission, this petition stands disposed of. No costs.
