ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 06.12.2025 and 08.12.2025 and consequently, direct the respondents not to encroach in petitioner's patta land.

2. Relief, as such sought for in the present writ petition is absolutely misconceived and not maintainable. In respect of patta land, no writ would lie under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
