Respondent Writ Appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, against the order, dated 26.07.2017, passed in W.P.No.16330 of 2016, on the file of this Court.
Prayer:Petition filed under article 226 of the Consitution of India to issue of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to forthwith sanction revised pension and other retirement benefits due to the petitioner herein by counting 50% of the service rendered during 1.12.1981 to 15.7.1993 by the petitioner herein in the Post of Panchayat Clerk based on the orders in G.O(Pa) No.111, Rural Development and Panchayat (P.A.5) Department dated 14.3.2016 issued in respect of other similarly placed Panchayat Clerks and consequently pay arrears of difference in pension and other monetary benefits with due interest in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J.) When the matter is taken up today, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the appellants/State, has submitted that in compliance of the order passed by the learned single Judge in the writ petition, which is impugned in this Writ Appeal, the Government has issued G.O.(P)No.287, Rural Development & Panchayat Raj (PA6) Department, dated 26.06.2018, ordering to reckon 50% of both part time and full time services in respect of the respondent, for calculation of pension.
2. In view of the compliance of the order passed by the learned single Judge, this Writ Appeal is dismissed, for having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.No.18200 of 2018 also stands dismissed Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CO) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar dixit To
