Respondent(s) PRAYER; This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to recover the gratuity amount payable to the petitioners herein along with compound interest at 15 percent from the date it became payable to the petitioners as per the Certificate issued by the 3rd respondent bearing (1) No.E1/RR.15/2025 dated 03.06.2025 and (2) No.E1/RR.16/2025 dated 03.06.2025 pursuant to the common order dated 03.05.2021 in PG case No.134/2021 to 141/2021 and 147/2021 and common order in PG Case No.36 to 47/2021 dated 19.04.2021 passed by the 3rd respondent within a time frame. ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to recover the gratuity amount payable to the petitioners herein along with compound interest at 15 percent from the date it became payable to the
petitioners as per the Certificate issued by the 3rd respondent bearing (1) No.E1/RR.15/2025 dated 03.06.2025 and (2) No.E1/RR.16/2025 dated 03.06.2025 pursuant to the common order dated 03.05.2021 in PG case No.134/2021 to 141/2021 and 147/2021 and common order in PG Case No.36 to 47/2021 dated 19.04.2021 passed by the 3rd respondent within a time frame.

It is the case of the petitioner that they were working in the second respondent Management and the second respondent failed to pay the eligible amount towards gratuity as per the payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. To claim the gratuity, the petitioners have made application before the third respondent. The third respondent vide order dated 03.05.2021, has directed the second respondent to pay the said amount along with interest. However, the second respondent has not complied with the said order. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition to implement the order of the third respondent dated 03.05.2021.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the first respondent to implement the order passed by the third respondent dated 03.05.2021 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the orders will be implemented in the manner known to law.
5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to implement the order passed by the third respondent dated 03.05.2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
