ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cooperative Tribunal, Thiruvannamalai to dispose of C.M.A.No.11 of 2024, within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

3. It is seen from the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers that the said appeal has been adjourned from 18.10.2024 onwards, simply for the reason " Records awaited". Since there is no substantial progress in the appeal for the past 14 months, this court is inclined to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cooperative Tribunal, Thiruvannamalai to dispose of C.M.A.No.11 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
