ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and would submit that the petitioner will have to submit an online application to enable the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the boundaries after hearing the objections of the private respondents as well as any other third party. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 3 to 6 , notice to the respondents 3 to 6 is dispensed with by this Court.

3. No prejudice would be caused if the petitioner is directed to submit an online application to the respondents 1 and 2, seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the boundaries after hearing the objections of the respondents 3 to 6 as well as any other third party whom the respondents 1 and 2 deem it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the respondents 1 and 2, seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application from the petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of twelve weeks thereafter after hearing the objections of the respondents 3 to 6 as well as any other third party whom the respondents 1 and 2 deem it fit to enquire.
