The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 11.12.2024 in W.P.No.18106 of 2022 has been complied with by the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.
