JUDGMENT

This pe琀椀琀椀on has been 昀椀led by the pe琀椀琀椀oner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34311 of 2023 dated 19.10.2024.

2. When the ma琀琀er was taken up, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submi琀琀ed that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34311 of 2023, the respondent/contemnor had 昀椀led an appeal wherein, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court had granted an order of interim stay.

3. Recording the said submission, the contempt pe琀椀琀椀on stands closed. Consequently, the Sub Applica琀椀on (OS) No.453 of 2026 昀椀led seeking to dispense with the personal appearance of the respondent/contemnor is order as prayed for.
