ORDER

During an earlier hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that due to law and order issue, a peace committee meeting was held, where one group sought immediate construction, while another insisted on forming a Thiruppani Committee first. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent- HRCE was impleaded and the matter was adjourned for ascertaining particulars.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent submitted that Balalayam had already been completed and that the Thiruppani Committee will be formed, within two weeks and further decision with regard to shifting idols as well as construction activities and further steps to perform Kumbhabhishekam would be taken by the authorities viz., Fit Person as well as Members of Thiruppani Committee.
