ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to forthwith disburse the remuneration amount of Rs.49,420/- (Rupees forty nine thousand four hundred and twenty only) due to the petitioner for the services rendered under the Naan Mudhalvan Scheme.

The petitioner would submit that she was appointed as a Trainder under the Naan Mudhalvan Scheme by the 3rd respondent for the period from 08.07.2024 to 30.09.2024, which was later extended till October 2024. As per the terms of engagement, she worked for about nine weeks and duly discharged all her assigned duties.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though she had duly discharged all her assigned duties, the remuneration initially fixed at Rs.45,000/- and later confirmed as Rs.49,420 along with the eligible travel reimbursements, has not been paid till date. Despite repeated 2/5

representations dated 28.02.2025 and 13.10.2025, the respondents have not disbursed the said amount. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. It is seen that the representation filed along with this writ petition does not disclose the date on which it has been submitted. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case of the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with all relevant documents to the 2nd respondent and upon receipt of the said representation, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
