2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Madras High Court Campus, Chennai-600104, today itself.

19.12.2018 vum Note: On production of receipt for payment, Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list it "for admission" on 21.12.2018.
