This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 103 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.208236 of 2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.K.Srikrishna, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent.
3. Though notice has been served and the name of the 2nd respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the 2nd respondent.
4. As the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition as well as the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner are found to be satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 103 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission on 16.06.2026.
