Respondent(s) Prayer: To dispense with production of certified copy of the plaint and adjudication in O.S.No.600 of 2025 on the file of Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy application filed by him in C.A.No.8404 of 2025 was returned by the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, on the ground that the plaint was filed through online mode.

2. The petitioner being a party to the proceedings is entitled to get certified copy of the plaint. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to re-present the copy application before the Trial Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Principal District Court, Chengalpattu shall furnish a copy of the plaint to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.

3. Registry is directed to return the original copy application filed by the petitioner in page numbers 41 and 42 of the typed set, after substituting the same with a xerox copy. On production of certified copy of the plaint along with adjudication dated 17.10.2025, Registry shall number the revision and list the 2/4

case for admission.

4. With these directions, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 07.01.2026 mka To:
