O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 351(2) of BNS r/w Section 4 of TNPWH Act and Section 11(4), 12 of POCSO Act 2012 in Crime No.227 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed on merits on 01.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32675 of 2025 and now, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that, in this case, investigation completed and final report also filed and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2026 and the summons have been issued to the petitioner.

3. Considering the nature of allegation and in view of the fact that the summons were issued by the learned Magistrate and since, there is no apprehension of arrest, there is no need for granting anticipatory bail.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
