ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to take legal action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 01.12.2025 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submits that this is a case of case and counter case. He further submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.12.2025 and the counter complaint given by one Jamal against the petitioner, enquiry is being conducted in C.S.R.Nos.1010 and 1008 of 2025. He further submits that enquiry in both the cases would be concluded within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition (criminal) is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the enquiry pending in C.S.R.Nos.1010 and 1008 of 2025 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
