ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.32109 of 2025 dated 25.11.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram daily at 10.30 a.m.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.32109 of 2025 dated 25.11.2025, in para No.8(b) is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
