ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 & 420 of IPC, in Crime No.12 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent has not complied with the condition.

3. However, the learned counsel for the respondent would invite the attention of this Court to the order in Crl.MP.No.16514 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025, wherein it is stated that the petitioner has complied with the condition.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present application. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 17.04.2026 dna
