ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 8(c), 22(a), 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act 1985 in Crime No.716 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks

anticipatory bail.

2. This is 2nd anticipatory bail petition. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 03.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29809 of 2025 on the following reasons:

"6.

Considering the fact that the petitioner had involved in transportation of 2.5 grams of Methamphetamine to the other co-accused; that the petitioner is having three previous cases; that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required in this case; this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
