Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records of Respondent No.2 dated 06.10.2025 bearing ROC No.21597/ 2025/O1 and quash the same as being arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondent to restore the Ayacut lands abutting Anaipalayam lake in Anaipalayam village, Rasipuram Taluk Namakkal District to their original agricultural classification.

ORDER

2. In view of what has been observed by us on the last date of hearing, the petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the order dated 28.10.2024 and subsequent order dated 06.10.2025 by properly constituted petition, if so advised.

3. The petition stands closed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently WMP No.1006 of 2026 is closed.
