ORDER

This application has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [for brevity 'the Act'] seeking to raise the order of attachment passed in Application No.1714 of 2015 dated 15.06.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for first respondent in this application submitted that the matter was settled between the parties and hence, the first respondent does not have any objection for raising the order of attachment passed in Application No.1714 of 2015 dated 15.06.2015. In view of the above, this application is allowed as prayed for.
