O R D E R

This writ petitioner has been filed to quash the impugned communication bearing No. HR 3 / 2264 / 213 dated 05.09.2023 issued by the 3rd Respondent and impugned communication bearing No. Allotment 3

(3) 3287/ 2021 dated 22.10.2025 issued by the second Respondent and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to execute the Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of HIG House No 72, situated at A Jettihalli, Dharmapuri.

2. The case of the writ petitioner is that though he has paid the entire sale consideration for the aforesaid property and the possession was also handed over to him seven months back, till date the respondents have not executed the sale deed in his favour and the respondents have passed the 2/5

impugned proceedings refusing to execute the sale deed. Hence, the petitioner has came forward with the present writ petition.

3. Mr.A.M.Ravindranath Jayapal, learned Standing counsel, who accepts notice for Respondents 1 to 4, submits that the Housing Board has received the entire sale consideration and they will execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner within one month.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Standing counsel, the impugned communications dated 05.09.2023 and 22.10.2025 issued by the third respondent and second respondent respectively, are quashed and the third respondent is directed to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is allowed on the above terms. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
