2. It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that this Court, by an order dated 02.01.2026, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, in the order copy, the sections have been wrongly mentioned as 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 instead of 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

3. In view of the above, the sections in the order shall be read as "296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002". All other conditions imposed on the petitioner shall remain intact except for the above said correction.
