For Respondents 1 & 2 : Mr.S.Arumugam Government Advocate For Respondent-3 : Mr.R.Venkatesaperumal Government Advocate (Crl.Side) Order This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, based on her Application dated 12.12.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted an Application dated 12.12.2025 seeking for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition. Since the said representations has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Venkatesaperumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for third respondent. Since 2 / 5
no orders are passed against the fourth respondent, notice to him in this Writ Petition is dispensed with.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid application of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party, whom, the first respondent deems fit to enquire.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom, he deems fit to enquire.
b) After receiving objections, if any, and after considering the same, the first respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully descried in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

c) If any need arises, the first respondent is permitted to submit a petition for police assistance, and upon receipt of such request, the third respondent-police shall render necessary police assistance for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject property.
