ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his revision petition pending on the file before the 2nd respondent, aggrieved by the order of the 3rd respondent dated 31.03.2023.

2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's revision petiton is directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. Page No.2 of 4

4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's revision petition.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition filed challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 31.03.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
