ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted a representation on 10.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.No prejudice will be caused to the third respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners and any other party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any other party, whom the third respondent deems it fit to put on notice.
(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the third respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
