..Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C./Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.15/2024 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Perambalur Police Station, before the competent Judicial Magistrate-I, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.15 of 2024 before the jurisdictional Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.15 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 05-01-2026 MRN
