This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the Criminal Revision.

2. Mr.R.Kishore Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the first respondent. Inspite of printing the names of the second and third respondents in the cause-list, no one appeared on their behalf.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
