(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR.J.,) The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 300 days in filing the appeal against the award made in MCOP No.1680 of 2021 dated 23.08.2024.

2. Ms.Ramya V.Rao, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and submits that she has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and in order to give an opportunity to the parties to adjudicate their rights, we are inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
