ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on his representation, dated 22.01.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application to the 2nd respondent herein seeking for transfer of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application to the 2nd respondent seeking for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with supporting documents, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the 2nd respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in Page No.2 of 4

accordance with law, on the said application, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
