Petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS), 2023, to further relax that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e. on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am until further orders as modified by order dated 28.10.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.19797 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4563 of 2025.

This petition has been filed seeking further relaxation of the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders", imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19797 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4563 of 2025, dated 28.10.2025. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has complied with the said condition only two occasions, i.e., for two months, as imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19797 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4563 of 2025, dated 28.10.2025. He further submitted that this petition has been filed seeking further relaxation while the investigation in this case is still pending, and therefore, opposed the grant of further relaxation to the petitioner.

Recording the above submissions, this Court finds no merit in the petition seeking relaxation of the condition imposed earlier. Page No.2 of 4
