Mr.P.Sathish for R2 in all WMPs COMMON ORDER WMP.No.56385 of 2025 has been filed seeking to issue an interim direction, directing the respondents to count the petitioner's past services worked as Librarian from 06.12.1996 to 30.06.2003 (6 years & 6 months) at T.S.Narayanaswami College of Arts and Science and to give effect promotion in the post of Assistant University Librarian Grade - I (Stage 2) (Senior Scale)

with effect from 02.01.2004, instead of 02.07.2010 and revise the subsequent promotions accordingly, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

2. WMP.No.56387 of 2025 has been filed seeking to issue an interim direction, directing the respondents to grant promotion as Assistant University Librarian Grade 1 (Stage 3) (Selection grade) with effect from 07.06.2018 and as Deputy Librarian with effect from 20.01.2013 instead of from 07.06.2021, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

3. WMP.No.56388 of 2025 has been filed seeking to issue an interim direction, directing the respondents to grant promotion as University Librarian with effect from 20.04.2016, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

4. Since the prayers sought for in these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions would amount to allowing the main Writ Petition, the said petitions stand dismissed.
