This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025 seeking for correction of UDR entries for the property (morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition) within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks for correction of UDR entries based on his representation dated 18.09.2025 referred to supra.

4. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court after hearing objections, if any, of the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom, the second respondent deems it fit to enquire. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation made by the petitioner.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025 seeking for correction of the UDR entries for the property (morefully described in the prayer to this Writ Petition) as prayed for in the petitioner's representation dated 18.09.2025 after hearing the objections of neighbouring landowners as well as any other third party, whom, the second respondents deems it fit to enquire within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
