Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2025 and 06.11.2025 and to pass orders.

For Petitioner : M/s..A.Pramila For Respondents : Mr.C.Jayaprakash Government Advocate Order With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 15.05.2025 and 06.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. The petitioner claims that based on a partition deed, he became owner of the property (morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition). The petitioner further claims that his access to the said property is now blocked by one of the parties to the said partition deed, viz., S.Karthikeyan. Intimating the same, the petitioner has given representations 2/5

dated 15.05.2025 and 06.11.2025 to respondents 1 to 4 to provide a pathway for the petitioner to enter into the property. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representations are considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of S.Karthikeyan as well as any other rival claimant of the petitioner, whom, the sixth respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the representations made by the petitioner.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the sixth respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 15.05.2025 and 06.11.2025 seeking for a pathway right to enter into the petitioner's property (morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition) after hearing the objections of 3/5

S.Karthikeyan as well as any other rival claimant, whom, the sixth respondent deems it fit to enquire within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
