O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore to dispose of O.S.No.380 of 2022 within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff and he filed a suit for partition. The suit was filed in the year 2022. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers shows that pleadings of parties are completed and the suit is in the stage of framing of issues. Though the suit was posted for framing of issues as early as 10.04.2024, till date the issues have not been framed.

3. It is seen that the plaint was amended and now the matter is adjourned for filing of additional written statement by the respondents. Taking into consideration the suit was of the year 2022 and the same is in the stage of filing of additional written statement, after amendment of the plaint, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.380 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
