ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition, besides requesting a direction to the learned District-Munsif-cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram to commit the case at the earliest. An endorsement as regards withdrawal was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in this petition today.
2. In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram to commit PRC No.55 of 2024 to the Court of Session at the earliest, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 09.01.2026 skt : Yes/No 2/4
