ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to grant Exit permission to the petitioner based on his application ID No. 2406258K5GTS, by considering his representation dt. 25.06.2025 based on the PCC issued by the 3rd respondent dt. 15.06.2025.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (criminal side) appearing for the third respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner to grant exit permission based on his application ID No. 2406258K5GTS and the PCC issued by the 3rd respondent dt. 15.06.2025, and to pass orders on his representation dt. 25.06.2025, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
