2. This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the Respondent.

3. A similar writ petition in W.P.No.50244 of 2025 came up for consideration today, wherein a similar Show Cause Notice was issued and the facts of the case are identical to those in the present writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.50244 of 2025 dated 05.01.2026.

5. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
