2. The allegation against the petitioner is that, he being the husband of the victim, due to property dispute and quarrelled with her and attacked her with a sickle and severed her left hand. Hence, a case was registered and the petitioner was arrested.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 12.10.2025 and that the alleged occurrence was not a premeditated act, but took place due to a sudden quarrel. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner severed the victim's left hand and that the injured is still under treatment for loss of hand. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.34013 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025 on the ground that the petitioner has severed the victim's left hand, and that the investigation is not yet completed.
