2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable. Therefore, the delay in filing the above CRP SR.No.196264 of 2025, is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
