By this application, the plaintiff seeks to join the causes of action relating to infringement of trade mark, copyright and passing off.

2. The plaintiff has instituted the action as a rolled up action in respect of alleged trade mark infringement, copyright infringement and passing off.

3. The defendants have not filed the counter in this application till date.

4. Considering that the rolled up action is instituted against common defendants, it is in the interest of justice that these causes of action be combined so as to avoid multiplicity of proceedings. Therefore, this application is allowed as prayed for.
